Experience And Background
Larry provides tax and financial strategies, as well as accounting and consulting services for closely held businesses, individuals, and not-for-profit organizations. Larry has a concentrated understanding of public and private financial activities and has developed successful business strategies on behalf of his client base. Larry served as Assistant Commissioner for the New York State Department of Transportation, Office of Budget & Finance. He directed the financial, capital program and information technology organizations of the department with an annual budget of $7 billion and a staff level of over 10,000.

Joseph M. Messore, MSA
Experience & Background
Joe advises a variety of small businesses, not for profit entities, and individuals. He is proficient with accounting principles and has an in-depth knowledge of taxation. Joe is adept at establishing the client’s accounting system and providing guidance on the necessary tax filings.
Joe consults closely with clients on the set-up of accounting systems, data transition and input on QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. He advises and prepares monthly, quarterly, annual payroll and sales tax reports. He prepares various tax returns including Corporations, Partnerships, Not-for-profits, Private Foundations, Individuals and Trusts.
